Dr. Hristo Goshev Gochev is a resident physician in the Department of Medical Oncology at UMHAT “St. Marina” – Pleven.

He graduated from the Professional High School of Finance and Business “Intellect” in Pleven, specializing in Banking. He then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from the University of Economics – Varna. In 2021, he completed his medical degree at the Medical University – Pleven.

His professional experience includes work in departments of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, Medical Oncology, as well as Pulmonology and Phthisiology at MBAL “Heart and Brain” – Pleven between 2019 and 2022. Since 2022, he has been part of the team at UMHAT “St. Marina” – Pleven, where he is specializing in Medical Oncology.

Dr. Gochev actively participates in national and international medical conferences, including the National Oncology Conference SONM-MORE (Varna), the International Meeting of the Young Oncologist Club, the Bulgarian National Congress of Oncology (BOND), as well as international forums such as the Early Breast Cancer Conference (Milan, 2024) and Best of SABCS (2025/2026).

His professional interests are focused on the modern multidisciplinary treatment of breast and prostate cancer.
