Dr. Todor Vachev graduated from the Medical Institute in Stara Zagora in 1989. From December the same year until November 2015, he worked in the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the General Hospital in Gabrovo. Shortly thereafter, he joined the team of University Hospital “St. Marina” – Pleven.

In 1994, he obtained postgraduate qualifications in intravenous anesthesia, difficult intubation, anesthesia with a laryngeal mask airway, enteral and parenteral nutrition, mass trauma management systems, as well as pain management in obstetrics and gynecology.
