Dr. Ivelina Balinska graduated in Medicine from the Medical University of Varna in 2012 and began her specialization in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in 2013 at Dr. T. Venkova General Hospital, Gabrovo.

In 2014, she completed a one-month training course at O.L.V. Clinic, Aalst, Belgium.

She obtained her specialty in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care in 2017.

From 2018 to 2022, she worked in her field in the United Kingdom, where she further developed her knowledge and practical skills. She has completed various training courses with the Royal College of Anaesthetists, including Advanced Life Support and European Paediatric Life Support with the Resuscitation Council UK.

Her professional interests include regional anaesthesia, as well as anaesthesia for laparoscopic and robotic surgery.

She holds a Master’s degree in Health Management.

In 2022, she joined the team of St. Marina University Hospital, Pleven.
